“Should I work with a solo agent or a real estate team?” The real answer to this question is that it depends. For example, if you have a family member or friend who is in the business as an individual agent, you should probably use them. We don’t want to cause any relationship or family problems because of real estate.

However, there are many advantages to working with a team over a typical solo agent.

First, a team gives you more specialization. There are some things I’m really good at, but some things I’m not. For each of the things I’m not good at, there is someone on the team who is good at that. When you go to a doctor, the receptionist, nurse, PA, and doctor all have different roles in the same process. That’s how real estate teams work, too. Some people are strong negotiators, while others have great attention to detail on paperwork.

“Speed is important in this market, but
solo agents don’t always have it.”

If you’re working with an individual agent, you could run into some problems. Maybe the perfect home comes on the market and you want to see it right away, but your agent is busy helping another client. In this market, if you can’t see the home right away, chances are that it has already been sold.

That’s why I think it’s better to work with a team, especially in a fast-moving market like the one we’re in now. If you have questions for me or would like to learn about how we could help you, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
